Exposure to heat in saunas and steam rooms, or prolonged soaking in hot water, may not be suitable for everyone. Please monitor your well-being and take breaks as needed. Hydration is strongly encouraged.

Street parking is available, but it can be limited. There is parking garage across the street from us at 469 Eddy street which charges between $15-$20. We recommend using taxis, Ubers, or Lyfts for a stress-free visit.
Do you have any guidelines for first-time visitors?
We recommend arriving at least 15 minutes before your appointment to complete any necessary forms and to begin your relaxation experience without haste. Please shower before entering the communal baths, and be mindful of maintaining a quiet and respectful atmosphere for all guests.
What noise level should I expect?
Our bath house is communal and social. We allow and encourage people to interact with their friends and their fellow bather. We ask that people keep their voices calm and to speak softly. Our coed days are usually a little more social than our single bather days.
